Why it matters
A good tradesman is not found online.
He is found by recommendation, after years on the same ground. On the Costa Brava the best are booked until Christmas by mid-October and do not answer strangers. An owner calling from Paris gets the second choice at the price of the first. We never call anyone we have not watched work.
Principal partner · Building
For anything structural — building, extensions, major renovation, masonry pools — we work with Construcciones Remalex. An established Costa Brava construction firm, with its own teams, insurance and ten-year guarantees.
You deal with one contact: we follow the site, we check progress, we send you the photographs. You never have to settle a technical disagreement in a language you do not speak.
