Founder

He began in the kitchen, at Ferrandi. One thing is learned there before any other: a service turns on details the owner will never see, and which decide everything all the same. Then international hotel management at university, where that standard no longer stops at the plate and takes in the whole house. He settled on the Costa Brava, and what he saw there decided him: very fine houses that nobody was holding, whose owners lived two thousand kilometres away. A house that is well held is not noticed.

Thirty years on the Costa Brava. She knows the towns, the firms, and the offices where you have to turn up in person to get an answer. She is the one who answers you, and she is the one who holds the schedule for your house.
