We do. In Palamós and around, we look in on the house all year round: inspection visits, collecting the post, seasonal opening and closing. We coordinate the people who look after the pool and the garden, we handle the paperwork, and we are on site when a door needs opening. From seafront villas to houses set in the pines, we have been here since Solenca's early days.
