Can a village house stay shut for six months?

Yes, if someone opens it. The old village is built of stone, away from the beach, and its old houses have the faults of their age: damp, ventilation, roofs. We do here what we do in Regencós. Off-season check visits, damp readings, tradesmen used to old stone.

Castell d'Aro keeps its own pace, minutes from the coast. We call there on the same round as Platja d'Aro and S'Agaró.
